A strategic program for company leaders
Rebuild your company
for the AI era.
In a few intensive days we rethink how your company operates. You leave with a working AI solution built on your own processes — not a slide deck.
Why right now
The time to move is now — while your competitors haven't
AI today is like the Wild West: whoever claims the territory first sets the rules. The market is consolidating — moving now can put you years ahead of your competitors.
EU grants can finance part of the adoption. Those who plan deliberately now can move years ahead.
The first step is worth the most right now
The Hungarian SME sector is among the laggards. That's bad news and an opportunity at once.
EU grants can finance adoption
The new phase of the EU AI Programme can also cover the costs of AI adoption.
With the leader involved, the odds double
Success is twice as likely when the company leader takes an active part in the rebuild.
What you get
Let's design your most dangerous competitor.
What if someone relaunched your business today — AI at the centre of how it runs, and none of your legacy? We design that company and find where it would beat you. Then we build its advantages into yours before anyone else does.
It would attack the whole company — so that's how we look at it
A new competitor does not fix one of your processes. It rewrites your entire model. So we review the business model, customer value and decision-making — not just one function.
Dangerous ideas, tried somewhere safe
Under NDA, on your real processes, in a fully isolated environment. The thought experiment should be risky — your live operation shouldn't.
We build its first weapon, too
By the end of the program, one of your imagined competitor's advantages is already running on your own processes — not an idea, not a presentation.
Your size is a weapon, not a handicap
No big-consultancy machinery. Hungarian pace, SME-level budget — and you can turn faster than any large competitor.
You'll know whether you won
We agree upfront on what counts as success. At the end, the result rests on facts, not feelings.
You choose which advantage to take
We don't push any technology on you. The competitor's playbook is yours — you approve everything we implement.
The process
What does the program look like?
Five steps that build on each other and end with a clear basis for decisions.
Preparation
In-depth interviews with the company leader and key people. We get to know the processes, the data and the pain points. NDA signed; data-handling protocol agreed.
Strategy workshop
A rebuild workshop: we rethink the whole company as if we founded it today. We map the AI opportunities, rank the pilots and pick the "big bet".
Building the AI pilot
We build a working AI solution on your own processes. The measurable goal is set at the very start — so at the end it's clear whether it succeeded.
Evaluation and decision
If the pilot hits the target, we plan the rollout. If not, we know exactly what still needs to change.
Implementation and scaling
If the pilot succeeds, AppIc's engineering team takes it to production and scales it — same team, same context.
Real results
Not promises — real projects.
From our own and client projects, with real numbers. Not industry averages — what we actually measured.
Digitising paper job sheets
A team of seven managed job sheets on paper. In two days, using existing and free tools, the digital system went live — and all seven team members switched to it.
Automatic quotes from technical drawings
The system reads technical drawings, recognises parts and possible substitutions, then produces a quote in minutes.
68% lower infrastructure costs; one engineer now does the work of four
Three years ago, four DevOps engineers ran our systems at €14,000 a month in infrastructure costs. Today, one engineer handles the same job at €4,500 a month.
WordPress maintenance handed to an AI agent
An SME web agency handed its clients' WordPress maintenance to an AI agent: plugin updates, security checks, content updates and bug fixes, without human intervention. A full site rebuild — structure, copy and images — can be completed in 1 working day.
Automated financial dashboard — ready every Monday
A 30-person manufacturer automated its weekly cash-flow report. The bookkeeper used to spend 6–8 hours collecting the data. The AI system has the dashboard ready by 7 a.m. every Monday, so the team can make decisions immediately.
Payment assistant: from invoice to transfer in one click
A 50-person trading company automated incoming-invoice processing and transfer preparation. The AI reads the invoice, fills in the transfer order and sends it for approval — the bookkeeper only checks and approves.
Industry context: According to Eurostat's 2025 data, 20% of EU companies already use AI — up 6.5 percentage points in one year. Document-processing automation cuts processing time by 50% on average. 90% of Hungarian SMEs see AI as a business opportunity, yet three quarters barely use it or do not use it at all.
What we can build
Six AI solutions you can try quickly
Common AI pilots that work across industries and can be built in a few days.
Automated quoting
Generates quotes automatically from technical drawings and specifications — in minutes instead of days.
Customer service assistant
Reply suggestions, automatic categorisation and prioritisation — less manual work on the front line.
Internal knowledge base
Company knowledge searchable and queryable in one place. New colleagues get up to speed faster.
Report automation
Generates weekly and monthly reports automatically, turning data into decisions faster.
Sales assistant
Personalised offers based on customer history, plus automatic follow-up.
Document processing
Extracts and organises the data you need from contracts, invoices and delivery notes.
Packages
Two packages. Two levels of depth.
Both packages follow the same rigorous approach. The difference is whether we also build a working pilot after the strategic plan.
Strategy package
Strategic sprint
Intensive strategic work with a concrete implementation plan, without a pilot.
- A map of the AI opportunities in your company
- Ranked development opportunities
- Priorities and a timeline
- Can be financed from EU grants
Full program
Strategy with a working pilot
Strategic sprint, a working AI pilot on your own processes, evaluation and a rollout plan.
- Everything in the strategy package
- A working AI pilot in 2–3 days
- Success criteria agreed upfront
- A clear decision about next steps
- Rollout and scale-up plan
- Can be financed from EU grants
Why AppIc?
We do more than advise. We know how to build.
AppIc is a software engineering company. We do not stop at opening ChatGPT. We are engineers who understand what is happening under the hood.
Predictable AI costs, no surprises
AI tools cost money to run. Without careful design, that cost can easily increase tenfold. We forecast the expected cost and optimise it.
Not every task needs the biggest model
We know when a smaller, cheaper solution is enough and when a larger model is justified. The goal is not to sell you the most expensive option, but the right one.
We build our own AI tools too
We do more than buy off-the-shelf tools. If standard solutions are not accurate enough for your industry, we build a system tailored to your own data.
A software engineering background — not just consulting
If the pilot works, AppIc's engineering team takes it to production and extends it. You do not need to find a new partner: the people who designed it also build it.
What we guarantee
Four guarantees
A fixed timeframe
The program stays within the agreed timeframe and scope. Any changes are discussed in advance.
Deliverables agreed upfront
Before we start, we specify exactly what you will receive: the AI opportunity map, a priority list, the pilot, an evaluation and a rollout plan.
Success criteria set in advance
The pilot is measured against jointly agreed, measurable goals. So it's clear whether it succeeded.
Confidentiality and data protection
NDA, an isolated environment and data handling agreed upfront. At the end of the program, data is retained or deleted as agreed.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ
When do I find out the exact price?
We don't publish prices because the scope differs from one company to another. After a free 30–45-minute call, we send a tailored proposal — usually within 2–3 working days.
What happens to our data?
We put an NDA in place before the first call. The work happens in an isolated, dedicated environment. Where needed, we use locally running AI models so your data never leaves your company's systems.
How much of my time does it take?
Preparation: roughly 2–3 hours of discussion and document handover. Strategy workshop: one full day. Pilot: 2–3 days; your participation is recommended but not required. In total, 3–5 days over 2–3 weeks.
Can it really be built in 2–3 days?
We agree the pilot's exact scope at the start. If an idea does not fit the timeframe, we say so before the work begins.
Isn't our company too small for this?
Smaller companies can move fastest because they have less organisational inertia. We tailor the program to your company's size, pace and capacity.
Won't the end result be just another presentation?
No. At the end of the full program, a working AI solution runs on your own processes. Its results are measured against goals set in advance.
What happens to our data after the program?
We treat your data as confidential intellectual property under NDA. We agree upfront where it's stored during the program, and at the end it's retained or deleted as agreed.
